The bible tells us in Revelation 18:4 that we must come out of her (Babylon). For as long as I have been reading the bible seriously, people have been saying that this means "spiritually" coming out of Babylon.
This then means coming out of her religious system, which would be to some, coming out of the church system all entirely. To others, it means not coming out of church entirely, but that Babylon is the Catholic Church. Therefore, coming out of her means avoiding the Catholic Church.
But what does it really mean to come out of her? Are we to flee out of the midst of Babylon as it tells us in Jeremiah 51:5-6?
5 For Israel hath not been forsaken, nor Judah of his Aluah, of YAHUAH of hosts; though their land was filled with sin against the Holy One of Israel.
6 Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of YAHUAH'S vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence.
